  • When you've outgrown camping, you want a private retreat. With your own bathroom and deluxe shower. And well-insulated walls for more peace and quiet.

  • How about any number of additional rooms for larger events or seasonal peaks? Either directly at the hotel or free in the countryside?

  • A TINY STAY can also be purchased for a private plot of land. It must then be connected to water, sewage and electricity in the same way as a weekend home.

All windows have blinds and the two skylights can be darkened electrically.

All appliances can be easily operated via central panels. Tank levels, energy consumption, air quality or even whether windows or doors are open can be viewed and controlled remotely.

Logistics

A water connection, waste water connection and electricity (230V) are required. TINY STAYS can be transported anywhere by van.

  • The two single beds can be placed in a corner or as a double bed. Of course, you can also remove a bed and then have more living space or work space with a desk.

  • The TINY STAY measures inside:

    The external dimensions incl. drawbar of the trailer are:

  • It requires a fresh water pipe, a connection to the drainage system and normal shore power (230V, 16A) with a Schuko plug.

  • The underfloor heating, the gas boiler and the electric box air conditioning system are easily controlled via a control panel.

  • Yes, it can simply be cooled down by the built-in box air conditioning system.
