Design objects, interior design, sales, and team building are what drive Hans-Gert. He had already co-founded two successful med-tech startups when he decided it was time to launch his own internationally fast-scaling business. He is most comfortable working closely with employees, customers, partners, and investors.

Tim’s holistic approach to marketing strategy implementation is his forte, even more so when he has been part of the product conception as is the case for TINY SPACE. Tim had helped countless startups figure out successful fundraising strategies as well as the most effective ways of monetizing their products. Combined with efficient processes and a strong, collaborative team, Tim’s expertise is the key to leveraged potential.

TINY SPACE is a gift that keeps on giving. We regularly use it for our own business needs, it continues to inspire us every day and it does us proud whenever we see our guests feeling at ease from the moment they walk in and all throughout their time with us.

Although a TINY SPACE might look like another trendy Tiny House, the functions and advantages it offers are countless, and its potential for worldwide expansion is substantial. We are creating a new market for a need that previously went unmet by traditional workspace solutions. Phone booths are a good example of an unsatisfactory attempt to close this gap; a somewhat convenient option for holding a quick meeting or a phone call in a busy environment. They are, however, losing in popularity despite their increasing availability indoors.

We see a need not only for all kinds of events where you need retreats for important discussions. But also as the most flexible solution for additional space for companies, institutions and many others. Eventually also for all people who want or need to retreat for a few hours.

    HG can negotiate deals and build a burning team. Thinking big and clearing supposed hurdles out of the way are also his thing. When design and innovation are added to the mix, his enthusiasm knows no bounds.

    Managing Director

    Tim lives and breathes marketing; he thrives on increasing the desirability of both our brand and our product experience, and he enjoys working with our scalable business model.

  • Julian Kodlin

    Head of Product

    Julian built our third TINY SPACE. He comes from a Digital Product Management background hence his outstanding ability and holistic approach in developing many aspects of the product, including the smart home technology.

  • Mariam Sarwari

    Head of Sales

    Mariam loved selling as a child. So it was only logical that she would also work in sales professionally. After working in traditional companies, she switched to the start-up side and learned Hubspot and Co. At our company, she manages the sales team and ensures scalable sales processes.

  • Henrike Tamm

    Back-Office

    Henrike is a master optician with many years of professional experience. She quickly gets to grips with any topic and helps us to research and qualify leads.

  • Bea Dietrich

    Operations Manager

    Bea coordinated drivers in various stations, was responsible for customer care and implemented tools and processes. After a short time, she created a warm atmosphere everywhere. Both within the team and with customers and partners. She is responsible for ensuring that our events not only run as smoothly as possible, but also in a good mood;)

    Micha has built exhibition stands and store fittings all over the world. He knows the event business and we can still learn a lot from him in terms of craftsmanship and fixing problems. He is responsible for ensuring that all TINY SPACES are well maintained and prepared for all events.

    Technology and IT tools are the underpinning of a perfect customer experience. Bastian ensures that we implement the appropriate technological response to our client’s requirements and that all tools are seamlessly integrated to for an optimized experience that keeps our customers satisfied and loyal.

    Data & Performance

    Tim has mastered the minutiae of a successful marketing campaign. He has taken charge of the countless details that need to be considered and refined from design and copyrighting to developing strategy that adapts to the different marketing channels and target groups. Tim has mastered the entire marketing repertoire all while keeping an entrepreneurial mindset.
